4.0 Processing Time and Notifications

We endeavor to process all orders within the same day or by the next business day. However, delays may occur due to factors such as scarcity, high demands, weekend inactivity, and other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and request that you refrain from issuing threats, posting negative comments about our service, or using abusive language toward our staff or representatives. Please be aware that failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the termination of your account.

5.0 Payment Instructions Violation

We have the right to delay a BUY/SELL order for a period of 72 hours if client donot follow the neccesary procedures. You agree to follow the intructions when transacting with us.

6.0 Your Account Security

You are totally responsible for the security of your account. Account compromising is common and we neither have access nor a way of accessing your account.

7.0 Information Authentication

We will try our best to give out correct informations and to also work with the informations you provide us correctly. We will not be responsible for funding or working with wrong account details or informations provided by you. We will not also be responsible for any information wrongly displayed on any of our websites.

8.0 Refund Policy

For any reason you need to demand for refund, this must be done in writing either electronic or physical. If the need for a refund is caused by us or we consider it neccesary, refund will be made within One (1) business day. Any refund authorized without a prior notice and approval will be charged 25% off and balance will be sent back to you.

9.0 THIRD PARTY FUNDING

Kindly note that instantexchangers does not fund third party account, if you will be funding any account, it MUST be your account. We will NOT be responsible for any loss due to negligence of funding an account that is not yours

10.0 INCOMING DIGITAL TRANSFERS

Kindly note that all incoming digital currency transfers must go through our website application programming interface (API). If you initiate a digital currency transfer into our account directly via other means attracts a 50$ violation deduction and a balance refund will be made within 24 hours.

11.0 CASH DEPOSIT, BANK TRANSFERS AND OTHER MEANS OF INCOMING PAYMENT

Kindly note that all incoming payment MUST not be less than the amount generated by our system. Any payment sent into our Bank account for a purchase lesser than what we are expecting will be returned and violation fee might be applied. We will not re-calculate or adjust your order if you pay in excess, our system funding is automated and it expect exact amount generated, nothing more and nothing less, just the exact amount.

12.0 ACCOUNT DELETION

To request the deletion of your account, please send an email to [email protected]. We will process your request within 24 hours.

Please note that upon account deletion, all your personal information, including your email address, name, phone number, and transaction history, will be permanently removed from our servers.

13.0 PAYPAL ORDERS

InstantExchangers connects to 3rd party for paypal funding. Kindly note the following before placing your order.
- We do not accept paypal refund
- We send paypal as goods and services
- We cannot fund Nigerian paypal account
- Paypal orders are usually completed within 24 hours
- In scenarios where refund is made without informing us, we charge as high as 30% out of the funds and refund the rest

14.0 SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY

InstantExchangers reserves exclusively the right to report any suspicious or fraudulent transactions to appropriate municipal and international law enforcement agencies.
